Los Angeles County prosecutors say 26-year-old Eduardo Leon of Fullerton was accused Monday of lawful offense checks of stalking, theft and vandalism, and a wrongdoing tally of opposing capture.

Leon is blamed for moving over a fence and breaking into the house on May 9. Experts say Rihanna's partner discovered him and called police.
