Eight-year- old girl assaulted, killed by cousin in Nawabshah


HYDERABAD An eight-year-old young lady was assaulted and killed in Nawabshah locale on Sunday. 

The police enrolled a FIR and captured the suspect, said to be a grown-up cousin of the casualty, on Monday. 

As indicated by the police, the claimed offender, Ghulam Hussain Bhatti, went into the place of Muhammad Niaz Bhatti when the youngster was distant from everyone else in the house. The family had gone to go to a Quran khwani in the area. 

B-Section police SHO Sanaullah Panhwar told the media that the suspect was captured from his home. Conversing with the media outside the Peoples Medical University Hospital, where the police conveyed him to take his DNA test, the presume admitted to his wrongdoing.

"I went to my uncle's home … I discovered my cousin alone at home, secured her a room and assaulted her," he conceded. "Expecting that she may disclose to her folks [about the rape], I choked her and later opening her throat to guarantee that she had passed on." 

The body was wrapped in a knit and tossed in a cows pen in the region. "I am feeling embarrassed and remorseful for perpetrating this wrongdoing," Bhatti said. The police enlisted a FIR on protest of the wronged father.
